Welcome to Clean Laser Clinics. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
1. General Information
1.1 Clean Laser Clinics (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides non-invasive cosmetic and aesthetic laser services, including tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, and training programs.
1.2 These Terms apply to all users of our website, including prospective and existing clients.
1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to book treatments or training services.
2.2 By booking with us, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Medical Disclaimer
3.1 Our treatments are elective and cosmetic. Results may vary depending on skin type, age, health, and individual response.
3.2 Information provided on our website or during consultations does not constitute medical advice. You should seek independent medical advice if you have concerns.
3.3 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures before treatment. Failure to disclose may result in adverse outcomes, for which Clean Laser Clinics is not liable.
4. Consultations & Bookings
4.1 All new clients must attend a consultation prior to undergoing treatment.
4.2 Bookings require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.
4.3 Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
4.4 Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
5. Booking Policy
5.1 Deposits – A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
5.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling – Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
5.3 No-Shows – Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future bookings in full.
5.4 Late Arrivals – Arriving late may shorten your treatment time or result in cancellation. In such cases, deposits will not be refunded.
5.5 Packages & Prepaid Sessions – Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
5.6 Payment Plans – Payment plan options may be available through third-party providers. Clients are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time under the agreed plan.
5.7 Clinic Right to Refuse Service – We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

Pre- or post-care instructions are not followed;

The treatment is deemed unsuitable for the client’s health or safety;

The client engages in abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour.
6. Payments
6.1 All services must be paid in full on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 We accept payment by EFTPOS, credit card, direct debit, and approved third-party finance providers.
6.3 Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted rate.
7. Refunds & Returns
7.1 Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for treatments already provided.
7.2 Pre-paid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
7.3 Skincare and retail products may be returned only if faulty or defective, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Risk & Liability
8.1 All procedures carry inherent risks. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge these risks.
8.2 Clean Laser Clinics, its employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for:

Any adverse reaction, side effect, or result outside the scope of reasonable expectations;

Loss, injury, or damage arising from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions.
8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the cost of the affected service.
9. Training Courses
9.1 Students enrolling in training programs must hold the appropriate prerequisite qualifications or licences as required by Queensland Health and relevant regulatory bodies.
9.2 Course fees are non-refundable once training has commenced.
9.3 Clean Laser Clinics does not guarantee employment outcomes upon completion of training.
10. Privacy
10.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
10.2 Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing services, managing bookings, and complying with legal obligations.

11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on this website, including logos, text, images, videos, and training materials, is owned by Clean Laser Clinics or licensed to us.
11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

12.2 We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
