At Clean Laser Clinics, we are committed to delivering safe, professional, and high-quality services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully, as it forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

 

 

 

1. Services

 

 

1.1 Due to the nature of cosmetic and laser treatments, we do not provide refunds for services that have already been provided.

1.2 Results may vary between individuals depending on skin type, age, health, and adherence to aftercare instructions. As such, no guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes, and dissatisfaction with results does not entitle a client to a refund.

1.3 If you experience an adverse reaction, our team will provide appropriate aftercare advice and support. Refunds are not offered for known or discussed treatment risks.

 

 

 

2. Prepaid Packages & Sessions

 

 

2.1 Prepaid treatments, packages, and courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.2 All packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

2.3 Expired prepaid treatments cannot be refunded, exchanged, or extended.

 

 

 

3. Products

 

 

3.1 Skincare and retail products may only be returned if they are faulty, damaged, or defective in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

3.2 For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless required by law.

3.3 If you believe a product is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of purchase, providing proof of purchase.

 

 

 

4. Cancellations & Deposits

 

 

4.1 Deposits for bookings are non-refundable.

4.2 If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, your deposit will be carried forward to your new appointment.

4.3 Cancellations or failure to attend an appointment without sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

 

 

 

5. Consumer Guarantees

 

 

5.1 This Refund Policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5.2 You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a service or product purchased is defective, unsafe, or does not match its description.

5.3 Where legally required, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
