Cancellation Policy

At Clean Laser Clinics, we value your time and commitment to your treatments and we reserve your appointment exclusively for you. To maintain the highest standard of service and ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you review and understand our booking and cancellation policies before securing your appointment. A $100 deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Deposits are fully refundable or transferable when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeit of the $100 deposit, as it is difficult to fill the time slot at short notice. No-shows or same-day cancellations are treated as late cancellations and will also result in the loss of your deposit. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid inconvenience to the next client, however, the full treatment fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited. Please plan to arrive five minutes early to allow time for consultation or paperwork if required. Deposits can be transferred once to a new date if at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Further changes will require a new deposit. In the unlikely event that Clean Laser Clinics must reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be carried over to your new booking or refunded in full if preferred. We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur, and we will always do our best to accommodate you fairly. However, we ask that all clients respect our time and business operations by providing adequate notice whenever possible. For treatments requiring multiple sessions or package bookings, the same 24-hour policy applies to each scheduled appointment. Failure to attend or cancelling within the notice period will result in that session being forfeited. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our booking and cancellation terms. These policies are in place to ensure we can continue offering high-quality, professional care to every client who visits our clinic.
